Our dishes are all freshly prepared on the premises, using ingredients sourced from the Isle of Man wherever possible. All Lamb, Beef & Pork produced on the Island can be traced to the very farm on which the animal was reared, our local agricultural industry having eschewed most of the mass farming techniques used in the United Kingdom and elsewhere.
